By accepting delivery of the purchased products, the Customer confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale set forth below. Master Phil Srl reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale at any time, even without prior notice.

Any new terms and conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website and will apply only to sales made thereafter.

We therefore encourage you to read these terms and conditions carefully every time you make a purchase from us.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The contract entered into between Master Phil , Srl and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance—even partial—of the order by Master Phil , Srl. Such acceptance is deemed implied unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided to them during the purchase process and that they fully accept the general terms and conditions and payment terms set forth below.

Once the online purchase process is complete, the Customer shall print or save an electronic copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and retain them in accordance with the provisions of Articles 49 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 on distance sales.

How to Purchase

The Customer may purchase only those products listed in the electronic catalog managed by Drop Master Phil Srl at the time the order is placed, which can be viewed online at the URL www.masterphil.it, as described in the respective product descriptions. It is understood that the image accompanying a product’s description may not perfectly represent its characteristics but may differ in color, dimensions, and any accessories shown in the image. All information provided to assist with the purchase is to be considered merely general informational material and does not refer to the actual characteristics of any individual product.

Master Phil , Srl confirms the successful receipt of the order via an email reply sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time the order was processed and an “Order Number,” which must be used in all further communications with Master Phil , Srl. The message will include all the information entered by the Customer, who agrees to verify its accuracy and promptly report any corrections, in accordance with the procedures described in this document. We are always committed to ensuring the accuracy of the information published on the website; however, the breadth of the catalog and the volume of information it contains entail the possible risk of a technical glitch that could erroneously generate a sales price different from the actual one. We therefore reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of an incorrect price being published; our Customer Service team will notify the Customer and provide the correct information.

In the event that an order is not accepted, Master Phil Srl guarantees that it will promptly notify the Customer and will refund any amounts already paid as quickly as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of such notification.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer: If payment is made via bank transfer, the order will be shipped only once the amount due has been credited to the bank account of Master Phil Srl. Proof of the transfer, including the transaction reference code (CRO), must be sent to Master Phil Srl (via email to info@masterphil.it) no later than 3 business days from the date the order is accepted. If this deadline is missed, the order will be automatically canceled. The Customer must make a bank transfer for the amount specified in the order confirmation using the following details:

PayPal/Credit Card: When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website where you will enter your email address and password to complete the payment, or enter your credit card information. Your financial information will not be shared with Masterphil Srl but will be handled directly by PayPal.

Cash on Delivery: For purchases made via Cash on Delivery, a fee of €6 will be added to the total amount for orders under €100; this will be clearly indicated when you select the payment method.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Master Phil Srl can only accept orders for delivery to the countries specified during the purchase process. Master Phil Srl reserves the right to refuse orders for delivery to locations that are particularly difficult to reach.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders under €100 and are explicitly stated at the time the order is placed. The customer will pay for the merchandise using the payment method selected at the time of ordering. The customer is not required to pay any amount in addition to the total order amount.

The availability of products for sale is limited to the actual stock on hand and is a condition for the validity of the offers. In the event that stock runs out—even temporarily— Master Phil , Srl has the right to refuse the customer’s purchase request by means of a formal notification via email. Unless the customer requests to purchase a replacement for the out-of-stock product, Master Phil Srl will refund any amounts already paid by the customer as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date the order was canceled. The requested products are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 5 to 7 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity), they have the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty, except for those types of products for which this right is expressly excluded (see Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) and subject to the provisions set forth in the following paragraph.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product as follows: The Customer must send an email toinfo@masterphil.it, which must include the order number along with the delivery documents, provided that this is confirmed by certified mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours. The product must be returned to “Master Phil , Srl” within 14 days of the date the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund of the purchase price does not include shipping costs, which are entirely the responsibility of the Customer who wishes to withdraw from the purchase. The merchandise must be returned to “ Master Phil , Srl” via insured package with shipping prepaid; under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery or collect-on-delivery packages be accepted.

The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:

• This right applies to the product purchased in its entirety (unused and in its original packaging); it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, etc.);
• The purchased item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc.); under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be affixed directly to the product’s original packaging;
• The shipment remains the customer's full responsibility until we receive confirmation that it has been received at our warehouse;
• In the event that the item is damaged during shipping, Master Phil Srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 business days of receiving the item at its warehouse) to allow the customer to promptly file a claim with the shipping carrier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the item (if insured); In this event, the product will be made available to the customer for return, and the request for withdrawal will be canceled at the same time; – Master Phil Srl is in no way liable for damage to or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• the supply of goods and services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the supplier cannot control;
• the supply of goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or spoil quickly;
• the supply of audiovisual products or sealed computer software that you have opened;
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.

Master Phil Srl will refund the customer the full amount already paid (net of the direct return costs referred to in the previous paragraph if the products are not returned directly by the customer via mail) within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, either by crediting the amount charged to the credit card or via bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer is responsible for promptly providing the bank account information to which the refund should be made (the IBAN of the bank account held by the invoice recipient). Master Phil Srl may suspend the refund until the products are received or until the customer provides proof of having returned the products, whichever occurs first.

Returns

In addition to the application of the Right of Withdrawal mentioned above, if there was an error in processing the order and the Customer received a product different from the one ordered, the Customer may request a replacement. In this case, the costs incurred for shipping the return will also be reimbursed. The rules and conditions outlined in “Right of Withdrawal” apply; specifically, the merchandise must be returned to “ Master Phil ” Srl within 14 days of receipt and must beintact, unused, and in its original packaging. For shipping costs to be reimbursed, the return shipping method must be approved by “ Master Phil ” Srl, using its own carriers.

Prices

The prices shown on the website include VAT. Products are sold at the prices listed on the website masterphil.it until they are changed. The prices listed do not include shipping costs or any other applicable charges, which will be indicated separately.
Payment and/or delivery methods other than those listed are not permitted.

Accuracy of the Information Provided

Since it is standard practice among manufacturers to reserve the right to modify the physical and technical characteristics of a product without prior notice, Master Phil Srl (which, as a distributor, is subject to this clause) also reserves the right to inform its customers that the characteristics of an item may differ from those listed in its online catalog. However, the Customer retains the right to refuse the purchase as previously indicated in the section “Right of Withdrawal.” Master Phil Srl guarantees that all product information (including related images) is obtained directly from the relevant manufacturers/distributors or is taken directly from the products described, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website, and assumes no liability for any typographical errors, including but not limited to those related to the sales prices shown in the catalog; in particular, Master Phil Srl reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the customer. Master Phil , Srl’s acceptance of the order is deemed confirmed upon sending the order confirmation via email to the Customer.

Warranties

The shipping times indicated for orders are estimates calculated based on normal order processing and shipping conditions. These times are subject to change or delay, especially if they involve products managed directly through the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warehouse, which is therefore directly involved in the order’s lifecycle. If a shipment cannot be made within the expected timeframe, the Customer will be kept informed of the delay and, if possible, we may consider splitting the order into multiple shipments so that the Customer can receive the goods that are already available at no additional cost, or wait until all ordered goods are available.
Master Phil Srl cannot be held liable for damage to or loss of goods during shipping, which—unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer—is not insured in any way. Shipments are made at the customer’s risk, and the customer assumes full responsibility for seeking compensation from the shipping service for any damage incurred.
Master Phil Srl is not liable for damage or incidents resulting from defects in the products supplied under the sales contract, or from improper use or maintenance by the customer.
The security of credit card transactions is guaranteed by the data encryption system (SSL) and by the direct, secure, and certified connections provided by the payment processor (in this case, PayPal).
